We love what we do. Now your team will too.
A structured, progressive training and support program built specifically for site staff in their first year and beyond. Three 12-week sessions. Weekly one-hour live group training. Open office hours with a THC compliance expert for real-time support on situations trainees are navigating at their properties.
The Problem With Traditional Training
New site staff in affordable housing are overwhelmed from day one. Compliance activities slip, paperwork falls behind, filings get missed, and noncompliance surfaces at the worst possible time, all while everything else on the property is competing for attention.
Offices are left vacant because staff aren't staying. A two-day workshop helps but doesn't follow them back to the property when a real situation comes up weeks later. On-demand training has the same limitation, it cannot replace the experience of working through a real situation with someone who knows the industry firsthand.
Towne Academy is built for…
Site staff with less than 12 months of experience in affordable housing. Ideal for management agents who are actively hiring, experiencing compliance challenges at the property level, or losing staff due to insufficient onboarding and support.
